Most critically, we will develop a strategy and action plan to close the gap between needs and services. We will work throughout 2015 to implement the plan we draft at this event in May. This is a critical opportunity to contribute to the design and development of New Mexico's new Action Plan to improve access and effective utilization of health care services for those who need supportive housing!
