Questions pertaining to this RFP and application will be checked on a daily basis. The FAQ will open the day after the RFP issues and will close on January 2, 2018

Q1: What is December 25?
A1: MFA realizes that December 25th is a nationally recognized holiday.  It is MFA's understanding that HUD will issue a final RFP in late January or early February.  In order to establish the RFP timeline, MFA has considered HUDs intended timeline and our procurement requirements in order to have a consultant on contract by time of issuance.

Q2: Will MFA be supplying the physical space for the awardee's team to occupy during the proposal development and production phase? This would include desks in a room that allows for open discussions between team members?
A2: A physical space may be provided at MFA or team members offices during the proposal development and production phase based on the successful respondents proposal approach and the team’s needs.
