Office Closure -  Monday, September 18, 2017

MFA’s office will be closed on Monday, September 18, 2017 starting at 10:00 am MDT.

Lenders will be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system, submit Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions electronically on September 18, 2017.

Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, September 15, 2017 or Monday, September 18, 2017 will be checked in on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.  File review timelines for Compliance files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, September 15, 2017 or Monday, September 18, 2017 will start on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.

Please reference MFA’s Compliance Manual for specific timelines related to the Compliance file and Suspense Condition Reviews.  The Compliance Manual can be found on MFA’s website at www.housingnm.org/lenders_realtors/policies.

MFA is experiencing record volume.  Therefore, it is possible that turn times for file review will exceed three days during this time period as there will be two days of Compliance Files checked in for the same day.  The Compliance Suspense condition review may exceed the 1 day or 2 day turn times during this time period as well.
