DECEMBER BOARD MEETING NOTICE

November 30, 2023

Please be advised that Housing New Mexico the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Housing NM will be holding its monthly Board Meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
The meeting will be held at the offices of the Housing New Mexico, 344 4th St. SW, Albuquerque, NM. A final agenda will be
available to the public at least seventy-two hours prior to the meeting and may be obtained from the Housing New Mexico
website at www.housingnm.org. Please check the Housing New Mexico website for any changes or cancelations to the Housing New Mexico
Board of Directors meeting.

Housing New Mexicos Board is composed of Chair Angel Reyes, Lieutenant Governor Howie Morales, Attorney General Raul
Torrez, State Treasurer Laura M. Montoya, Derek Valdo, Rebecca Wurzburger and Patricia Sullivan.
