Congratulations to the Greater Albuquerque Housing Partnership for the design award they received from the American Institute of Architects, New Mexico chapter. The award was for Plaza Ciudana, which is an MFA-financed infill project at Broadway and I-40. Plaza Ciudana recieved $11 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits and $1.5 million from MFA's Housing Trust Fund.
