MFA participates in the HUD HOME Investment Partnerships Program, which allows us to provide funds for new construction or rehabilitation of affordable housing properties. If you have HOME funding at your property, your partnership with MFA will continue throughout the life of your loan. The Asset Management Department will visit your property to monitor compliance with the program, perform physical inspections and be involved in additional asset management functions. For more information about HOME, you can access the HUD Portal. For the latest news, FAQs, event calendar and online training, visit the HOME Investment Partnerships Program resource page. The annual income limits and rents for this program are provided in this section.
Please consider MFA's Asset Management Department a valuable resource, and be sure to contact our department staff if you have any questions.
