Due to the continued restrictions on mass gatherings in New Mexico and because of our commitment to your health and safety, MFA has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2021 New Mexico Housing summit for another year. We will post the dates of the September 2022 Housing Summit soon. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you in Albuquerque next year.
Construction is set to begin on Pueblo of Acoma's newest LIHTC development in April 2021. MFA awarded $6.7 million in tax credits to fund the 30-unit development, which will be built in the traditional Acoma architectual style.

On February 5, MFA celebrated the grand opening of Nuevo Atrisco, an 88-unit multi-use apartment community on the northwest corner of Central Ave and Unser Blvd.
