The Housing New Mexico | Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) Legislative Oversight Committee meeting scheduled for October 3, 2025, has been rescheduled because of the Special Session called by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham scheduled to begin October 1, 2025. The final interim meeting of the MFA Legislative Oversight Committee will be held on October 23, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m., at the Housing New Mexico | MFA offices at 7425 Jefferson Street NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.

A thirty-day public comment period will begin on September 29th, 2025, and end on October 29th, 2025, and a public hearing on the action plan will be held on October 14th, 2025, at 2:00 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time, the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (the “Authority”) will cause a public hearing to be conducted by a member of its staff or a designated agent by teleconference, for and on behalf of itself and the State of New Mexico (the “State”) regarding a proposal by the Authority to issue, under the provisions of the Mortgage Finance Authority Act, being Sections 58-18-1 through 58-1827, inclusive, and Section 2-12-5, NMSA 1978, as amended (the “Act”), pursuant to a plan of finance, one or more series of tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue debt obligations and related financing agreements (the “Debt Obligations”) for the Project listed below.
