Housing New Mexico | MFA and the Department of Finance and Administrations, Infrastructure Division (DFA) are seeking public comment on the 2026 Draft Annual Action Plan. The 30-day comment period will begin on April 6, 2026, and end on May 6, 2026. The Public Hearing will be held on April 14, 2026, at 10:00am.

Please be advised that the Housing New Mexico | Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) Board of Directors (the “Board”) will be holding its monthly Board Meeting on Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. The meetings will be held at our office 7425 Jefferson St. NE Albuquerque, NM 87109. Final agenda will be available to the public at least seventy-two hours prior to the meeting and may be obtained from the Housing New Mexico | MFA website www.housingnm.org. Please check the Housing New Mexico | MFA website for any changes or cancellations to the Housing New Mexico | MFA Board meeting.
