Where Do I Apply?
Your NM Energy$mart application must be submitted directly to the MFA service provider in your area. If you rent, your landlord must consent to having the home weatherized and sign an agreement that gives you certain tenancy protections before weatherization services can be performed. Your service provider will provide you with the application and, if necessary, the rental form.
There are two single-family service providers: one in the northern part of the state, and one in the southern part of the state. You can determine which service provider serves your county by using the lists and the map below. You must submit your application directly to the service provider, not MFA. Contact information is provided below.
