The MFA Legislative Oversight Committee meeting scheduled for October 3, 2025, has been rescheduled because of the Special Session called by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham scheduled to begin October 1, 2025. The final interim meeting of the MFA Legislative Oversight Committee will be held on October 23, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m., at the Housing New Mexico | MFA offices at 7425 Jefferson Street NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.

A thirty-day public comment period will begin on September 29th, 2025, and end on October 29th, 2025, and a public hearing on the action plan will be held on October 14th, 2025, at 2:00 P.M.

Please be advised that the Housing New Mexico | Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) Board of Directors (the "Board") will be holding its monthly Board Meeting on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at our office 7425 Jefferson St. NE Albuquerque, NM 87109. Final agenda will be available to the public at least seventy-two hours prior to the meeting and may be obtained from the Housing New Mexico | MFA website www.housingnm.org. Please check the Housing New Mexico | MFA website for any changes or cancellations to the Housing New Mexico | MFA Board meeting.
