The American Rescue Plan Act provides up to $9.961 billion for states, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, Tribes or Tribal entities, and the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to provide relief for our country’s most vulnerable homeowners.
Tribes and Tribal entities may receive an allocation and administer a Homeowner Assistance Fund program, separate from the State allocation. Homeowners should seek assistance from their tribal entity in cases where the entity has or will receive an allocation.
If you reside on one of the following tribal lands or Native American reservations located in New Mexico, please contact your tribal government or tribally designated housing entity for assistance. If not, you are eligible to apply here.
