Housing New Mexico and the Department of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division (DFA) are seeking public comment on the DRAFT State of New Mexico 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).  The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires reporting on activities completed during the program year using the state’s formula funding allocations. Federal funding includes the following programs: HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF).  HOME, ESG, HOPWA and HTF programs are administered by Housing NM and CDBG program is administered by DFA.
