Housing New Mexico LIHTC Fundamentals Training 2023

Housing New Mexico is pleased to announce that registration is now open for a workshop covering the fundamentals of low income housing tax credits.  This virtual workshop will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. via WebEx. This workshop is essential to those developers and interested parties with very limited experience with tax credits who desire to learn the fundamentals.

Topics covered will include a brief history of the tax credits, basic mechanics of the program, tax credit calculation, typical partnership structure, financing the development and much more.
