Notice of Virtual Public Hearing: 2020 Consolidated Plan Substantial Amendment (CDBG-NSP City of Albuquerque)
Housing New Mexico and the Department of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division (DFA) are seeking public comment on the DRAFT Amended State of New Mexico 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan. This 30 day public comment period is to incorporate an addition to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Neighborhood Stabilization funds transferred to City of Albuquerque for programming activity. The public comment period will begin on March 28, 2022 and end on April 28, 2022, with a hybrid virtual and in person public hearing on the draft will be held on April 27, 2022 at 9 a.m.
The amended draft of 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan will be available March 28, 2022 at MFA’s website at:

Additionally, the documents can be provided in alternative formats (i.e., Braille/large print, audio tape) for the disabled and may also be translated into Spanish for Limited English Proficient (LEP) Spanish-speaking persons, upon request.
