Housing New Mexico Rules and Regulations are amended from time to time for reasons of accuracy in respect to the current practices in the implementation of Housing New Mexico programs, and consistency with the applicable regulatory schemes. Pursuant to New Mexico Statutes Section 58 Financial Institutions and Regulations Article 18, any proposed changes to the rules and regulations governing Housing New Mexico must be posted for public comment for thirty (30) days prior to request for approval by an oversight committee from the New Mexico legislature.

This notice is to advise that the draft of the proposed amended to Housing New Mexico Rules and Regulations is available for review and download here. The 30-day public comment period begins on October 3, 2023, and continues through November 4, 2023.
