Change in Tax Service Fee

MFA’s Contract Service Provider (Idaho Housing and Finance Association) has informed MFA that their Tax Service Fee will be raised to $85.00 from the current $59.00.  The updated fee will be enforced with all loans purchased on November 1, 2018 and after.

Loans closed with a Tax Service Fee of $59.00 and not purchased by Idaho Housing Finance Association by November 1, 2018 will incur the new fee of $85.00 and the new fee deducted from the lender’s wire.

Be sure to inform all of the appropriate staff of the change, as there will be no exceptions to the new fee from Idaho Housing and Finance Association.
