Compliance Review and Suspense Conditions Clearing during the Housing Summit

MFA will be co-hosting the New Mexico Housing Summit from August 20 – 22, 2014.

As a standard policy, MFA reviews the Compliance Files within 72 hours of receipt and clears Compliance Suspense on loans with less than 5 conditions within 24 hours and 5 or more conditions within 48 hours. 

Due to staff working at the Summit, please add an additional 24 hours to the turnaround times for Compliance review and clearing suspense conditions.
