Compliance Review and Suspense Conditions clearing during the NM Housing Summit

MFA will be hosting the New Mexico Housing Summit from September 12 – 14, 2018.

As a standard policy, MFA reviews the Compliance Files within 72 hours of receipt and clears Compliance Suspense loans with less than 5 conditions within 24 hours and 5 or more conditions within 48 hours.

Due to staff attending the Summit, please allow  an additional 24 hours to the turnaround times for Compliance review and clearing suspense conditions.
