On November 5, 2014 Housing NM released Memo 14-42 with a Policy Revision to the Payment$aver Program stating pre-paid items may now be included. This revision was prematurely released and is not in effect at this time.
The Program Policy will remain that no pre-paid items may be included in the Payment$aver Loans.
