Fannie Mae 3.2 File Support Ending in PowerLender (1 of 3)

Dear Participating Lenders:

Effective March 31, 2026, PowerLender (IBT Apps) will no longer support the import of the Fannie Mae 3.2 Case File for importing loans into the PowerLender by way of the portal. This legacy format is now obsolete. Both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have transitioned to MISMO 3.4 XML format.

Lenders must begin using the MISMO 3.0 ULDD (xml) or MISMO 3.4 ILAD (xml) file formats beginning March 31, 2026. Manual loan reservation entry will continue as an alternative option.
