Fannie Mae/HFA Preferred Adverse Market Fee
Effective for all HFA Preferred/FNMA conventional loans reserved on or after July 15, 2015, the FNMA Adverse Market Delivery Fee will no longer be required.
- All HFA Preferred Conventional loans reserved prior to July 15, 2015 will have the Adverse Market Delivery Fee (0.250%) deducted by Idaho Housing at the time the loan is purchased.
- All HFA Preferred Conventional loans reserved on or after July 15, 2015 will not have the Adverse Market Delivery Fee deducted by Idaho Housing at the time the loan is purchased
