Holiday Work Hours
MFA will be closed on the dates listed below:
- Monday, June 28, 2021, in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday
- Monday, July 5, 2021, in observance of Independence Day
Lenders will be able to submit lock requests, compliance files and compliance suspense conditions via the applicable portals.
Lock requests received on June 28 and July 5 will be subject to the rate available at 9 a.m. the following business days. Please note that lock requests received on a holiday are also confirmed the following business day.
Compliance files and conditions submitted on the days the MFA office is closed will not be checked in until the following business days. Review timelines for files and conditions begin on the business day after they have been checked in.
