Interest Rate Adjustment
In order to react to changing market conditions, MFA is increasing the interest rates on the Mortgage$aver Conventional and HERO programs, as follows:

| Mortgage$aver Plus – Conv. | 5.250% | 5.375% |
| HERO | 4.500% | 4.750% |
The interest rate adjustment for the HERO Program was effective as of 9:00 AM on June 5, 2014.
The interest rate adjustment for the Conventional Mortgage$aver Programs is effective as of 12:00 Noon on June 5, 2014.
