Interest Rate Adjustment
Due to changing market conditions, MFA is decreasing the interest rate on the HERO program, as follows:
HERO - Current Interest Rate: 5.250%
HERO - New Interest Rate: 5.000%
The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 9:00 AM on October 10, 2013.
