Interest Rate Adjustment
In order to provide MFA borrowers with the most affordable financing options during the spring home buying season, MFA is decreasing the interest rates on the Mortgage$aver and HERO programs, as follows:

| Mortgage$aver Plus – Gov’t | 4.875% | 4.750% |
| Mortgage$aver Plus – Conv. | 5.375% | 5.250% |
| HERO | 4.875% | 4.750% |
The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 9:00AM on May 7, 2014.
