Interest Rate Adjustment
In order to provide MFA borrowers with the most affordable financing options, MFA is decreasing the interest rate on the Mortgage$aver Plus Conventional program, as follows:

The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 12:00 Noon on June 20, 2014.
