Due to changing market conditions, MFA is increasing the interest rate on the Mortgage$aver program, as follows:

| Mortgage$aver Plus – Gov’t | 5.250% | 5.500% |
| Mortgage$aver Plus – Conv. | 5.500% | 5.750% |
The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 8:00 AM on August 9, 2013.
