Interest Rate Adjustment
Due to changing market conditions, Housing NM is decreasing the interest rate on the Mortgage$aver programs, as follows:

| Mortgage$aver Plus – Gov’t | 5.500% | 5.000% |
| Mortgage$aver Plus – Conv. | 5.750% | 5.250% |
The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 8:00 AM on October 28, 2013.
