Interest Rate Adjustment
In order to provide MFA borrowers with the most affordable financing options during the spring home buying season, MFA is decreasing the interest rates on the Mortgage$aver Zero and HERO programs, as follows:

| HERO | 4.750% | 4.500% |
The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 12:00 Noon on May 27, 2014.
