Interest Rate Adjustment
In order to provide Housing NM borrowers with the most affordable financing options during the spring home buying season, Housing NM is decreasing the interest rates on the Mortgage$aver Zero and HERO programs, as follows:

The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 12:00 Noon on May 27, 2014.
