Interest Rate Adjustment
In order to react to changing market conditions, MFA is increasing the interest rates on the Mortgage$aver Zero Government, all Conventional and HERO programs, as follows:

| HERO | 4.500% | 4.750% |
The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 9:00 am on July 3, 2014.
