Interest Rate Adjustment
In order to provide Housing NM borrowers with the most affordable financing options, Housing NM is decreasing the interest rate on the Mortgage$aver Zero Government and HERO programs, as follows:

The interest rate adjustment is effective as of 12:00 Noon on June 26, 2014.
