Interest Rate Adjustments

MFA is changing the interest rates frequently in order to react to changing market conditions.  In an effort to minimize the number of lender memos that are sent out MFA will not send out lender memos every time the interest rates are adjusted.

As the interest rates are adjusted they will be posted on the MFA website where they can be viewed.  A button labeled “Current Rates”, located on the Home Page, is available for your convenience.
