Document Imaging Screens Availability
On Monday, June 15, 2015 the Document Imaging screens and functionality will go live, so that Participating Lenders will have the opportunity to review the screens and become familiar with the system prior to the June 17th implementation date.
Please do not upload any packages prior to June 17th as MFA will not process any imaged packages prior to that date.
Reminders
If an error with the System occurs when trying to upload a Compliance Review package on or after June 17th, please notify MFA’s Homeownership Department so that we can assist in troubleshooting the problem.
Keep in mind that the errors will most likely be due to an internal network/firewall issue which may require support from your Information Technology department.
Please feel free to contact MFA’s Homeownership Department with any questions or for further clarification. Thank you for participating in MFA’s single family program
