Loan Purchase Process Change

MFA and Idaho Housing and Finance Association would like to inform participating lenders of a process change. The following documentation is now required to be delivered with the Original Note.  

Effective immediately lenders must deliver the notarized Signature Affidavit with the Original Note to Idaho Housing and Finance Association.  A copy may be uploaded to Lender Connection, if necessary.

Please forward this information to the respective department(s) involved with delivering loans.
