MFA email offline-fax wire request and conditions

Due to a system outage, MFA’s email servers are offline.

In order to continue processing compliance suspense conditions and wire requests during the outage and until further notice, Participating Lenders are asked to fax their compliance suspense conditions and wire request forms to MFA main fax number (505) 243-3289.

Any emails, including wire requests and suspense conditions that were sent to MFA after 3:00PM on Friday, April 10th may not have been received.

Do not respond to this email, as this message has been generated outside of MFA’s email servers and MFA is unable to retrieve replies to this message.

Please contact MFA staff at (505) 843-6880 if you have any questions or if you want to verify that a fax was received.

MFA will provide a status update later in the day.
