Housing NM Upcoming Closing and Post-Closing Webinar Training
Housing NM is hosting a webinar training session for closing, shipping/delivery and clearing IHFA pre-purchase conditions. Please ensure that all post-closing personnel attend.
Presentations will be given by Housing NM and Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA):
- Housing NM will discuss Bond documents required for closing
- Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) will discuss shipping/delivery, and clearing pre-purchase conditions
