Notice of upcoming holiday closures
Please be advised that MFA will be closed on the following days:
- November 11th (Veterans Day)
- November 25th & 26th (Thanksgiving)
- December 24th (Christmas)
- December 31st (New Year’s)
Lenders will be able to submit lock requests, compliance files and compliance suspense conditions via the applicable portals.
Lock requests submitted during these closures will be subject to the interest rate in effect as of 9 a.m. the following business day.
Compliance files and conditions submitted during these closures will be checked in on the following business day. Review timelines for files and conditions begin on the business day after they have been checked in.
