Office Closure - February 15, 2016 (Presidents Day)

MFA will be closed on Monday, February 15, 2016, in observance of Presidents Day.

• Participating Lenders will not be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system on Monday, February 15th.
• Lenders will be able to submit Compliance Files, Suspense Conditions and Closed Loan files electronically on Monday, February 15th.
• Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, February 12th or Monday, February 15th will be checked in on Tuesday, February 16th.
• File review timelines for Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, February 12th or Monday, February 15th, will begin on Tuesday, February 16th.
