Office Closure - January 16, 2017 (Martin Luther King Jr Day)

MFA will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2017 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr Day.

Lenders will not be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system on January 16, 2017. Lenders will be able to submit Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions electronically on January 16, 2017.

Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions submitted on Monday, January 16, 2017 will be checked in on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 and timelines for review will start on Wednesday, January 18, 2017.
