Office Closure - January 18, 2016 (Martin Luther King Day)

MFA will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2016, in observance of Martin Luther Day.

• Participating Lenders will not be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system on Monday, January 18th.
• Lenders will be able to submit Compliance Files, Suspense Conditions and Closed Loan files electronically on Monday, January 18th.
• Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, January 15th or Monday, January 18th will be checked in on Tuesday, January 19th.
• File review timelines for Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, January 15th or Monday, January 18th, will begin on Tuesday, January 19th.
