Office Closure - July 4, 2016 (Independence Day)

MFA will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2016, in observance of Independence Day.

Lenders will not be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system on July 4, 2016. Lenders will be able to submit Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions electronically on July 4, 2016.

Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, July 1, 2016 will be checked in on Tuesday, July 6, 2016. File review timelines for Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, July 1, 2016 will start on Tuesday, July 6, 2016.
