Office Closure, Monday, September 30, 2019

MFA’s office will be closed on Monday, September 30, 2019 starting at 10:00 a.m. MDT.

• Lenders will be able to reserve funds on Monday, September 30, 2019 via the on-line reservation system, submit Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions electronically.
  • Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions will be checked in as of the date and time received and reviewed in the order received.

MFA is experiencing record volume.  Therefore, turn times for file review are currently exceeding three days. The Compliance Suspense condition review may exceed the 1 day or 2-day turn times because of the record volume as well.
