Office Closure-October 12, 2015 (Columbus Day)

MFA will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2015, in observance of Columbus Day.

Participating Lenders will not be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system on Monday, October 12th.

Lenders will be able to submit Compliance Files, Suspense Conditions and Closed Loan files electronically on Monday, October 12th.

Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, October 9th or Monday, October 12th will be checked in on Tuesday, October 13th.

File review timelines for Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, October 9th or Monday, October 12th, will begin on Tuesday, October 13th.
