Office Closure-September 7, 2015 (Labor Day)

MFA will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2015, in observance of Labor Day.

• Participating Lenders will not be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system on Monday, September 7th.
• Lenders will be able to submit Compliance Files, Suspense Conditions, Wire Requests and Closed Loan files electronically on Monday, September 7th.
• Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, September 4th or Monday, September 7th will be checked in on Tuesday, September 8th.
• File review timelines for Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Friday, September 4th or Monday, September 7th, will begin on Tuesday, September 8th. 
• Wire Requests submitted by 10:00AM on Friday, September 4th will be processed and sent out to the title company on Friday, September 4th.
• Wire Requests submitted after 10:00AM on Friday, September 4th and Monday September 7th will be processed and sent to the title company on Tuesday, September 8th.
