Online Reservation System Update
MFA will be updating the software that provides access to the online reservation system on Thursday, March 20th and Friday, March 21st.
During this time, the online reservation system will be unavailable for reserving new loans, canceling loans or make amendments to existing reservations.
MFA staff will not be able to assist in any changes to existing reservations until the software update is complete.
MFA will continue to accept new file submissions for Compliance Review as well as conditions to clear files in Compliance Suspense status.
MFA will continue to accept wire requests and will wire funds for DPA loan closings during the software update.
The software updates to the online reservation system will be complete on Monday, March 24th and Participating Lenders will be able to access the online reservations system as usual.
