REVISED - Internet Loan Reservation System Software Update-Unavailability
MFA will be updating the software that provides access to the Internet Loan Reservation System (ILRS) on Saturday, July 16 through Monday, July 18, 2016.
During this time, the ILRS will be unavailable for reserving new loans, cancelling loans, making amendments to existing reservations, uploading Compliance files and uploading Compliance conditions. MFA staff will not be able to assist in any changes to existing reservations until the software update is complete.
- Compliance Files that are received on Friday, July 15, 2016 will be checked in on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
- The Compliance Suspense Conditions that are received on Friday, July 15, 2016 will be reviewed according to the 1 day or 2 day rule depending on the number of conditions (see compliance manual) starting on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
- MFA may have a 4 day turn time for review of Compliance Files received on July 13th, July 14th and July 15th, depending on the volume of file submissions received on those days.
The software updates to the ILRS will be complete on Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Participating Lenders will be able to access the ILRS at 9:00 am MDT on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
