Revised: Upcoming Holiday Closures
Dear Participating Lenders:
Our planned holiday closure dates and times have been revised, as outlined below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Housing New Mexico | MFA will be closed on the following days:
- Wednesday, December 24, 2025, beginning at noon MST
- Thursday, December 25 and Friday, December 26, 2025
- Wednesday, December 31, early closure time TBD (will be posted in PowerLender by COB Tuesday, December 30.)
- Thursday, January 1, 2026
Lock requests received after 11:00 a.m. MST on Wednesday, December 24 will be subject to the rates in effect at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 29.
Lock requests received after the early closure time (TBD) on Wednesday, December 31 will be subject to the rates in effect at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 2, 2026. (This should be posted on the announcement board in PowerLender by COB Tuesday, December 30.)
Lenders will be able to submit lock requests, compliance files and compliance suspense conditions via the applicable portals.
Compliance files and conditions submitted on the days we are closed will not be checked in until the following business day. Review timelines for files and conditions begin on the business day after they have been checked in.
