MFA has made revisions to the following:

Compliance Manual which details the program qualification guidelines, income calculation requirements, documentation requirements and checklist definitions.

Income Disclosure Letter which is signed by borrower, co-borrower(s), non-purchasing spouse and Lender.

The new disclosure letter must be fully completed and included in all Compliance packages delivered on or after November 17, 2014.

To insure you are utilizing the most current manual and form, be sure to retrieve the documents from the MFA website.
