We would like to remind all partners that, from time to time, incorrect or outdated information about our programs appears on third-party social media platforms and other outside channels. While we understand that these posts are often shared with good intentions, they can create confusion.

Our lending partners are among the most knowledgeable resources about our programs. We encourage you to rely on official program materials and direct communications when discussing program details with clients. This information is always accessible on Housing New Mexico’s official website. Your role in sharing accurate and current information is essential to ensure borrowers receive correct information about Housing New Mexico’s current programs.

Please also remember that we will always issue a lender memo to communicate program funding availability and relevant program updates. These memos are the official source for information about funding status or program changes. If you become aware of any information circulating externally that conflicts with our current programs or guidelines, we encourage you to bring that to our attention.
