Upcoming Changes to the HomeForward Program Limits
Housing NM’s Senior Management approved revisions to the HomeForward income and purchase price limits.
We are expediting the release of the new limits since individual county limits will increase across the board, which may assist potential homebuyers. The updated HomeForward program limits will be in effect for reservations/locks dated Wednesday, July 12, 2023, and later.
The new limits will be posted by the opening of business day on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
